Cultivate your best Self
As a seasoned, compassionate psychotherapist, I understand that each person is unique and has their own distinct spirit. However, stress and trauma can often disrupt our sense of well-being and leave us feeling stuck and unable to move forward.
Trauma can be stored in deep parts of the brain and nervous system. When stimulated, our bodies bring up old memories and feelings that can be disorienting and overwhelming. These memories can intrude on our present experiences and cause us to feel anxious, fearful, and hopeless.
But know that you are not alone in your struggle with the symptoms of trauma. With the right support, it is possible to clear the trauma from our minds and bodies and restore a sense of self, allowing us to move from surviving to thriving. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.
Learning to let go of the deep wounding of the past and becoming resilient to the ebb and flow of life is a crucial step in overcoming trauma.
Resiliency involves the ability to recover quickly from difficult life conditions, whether that means returning to a pre-traumatic way of life or finding meaning to your journey. Spiritual resilency means living in alignment with one's true self and staying strong to your higher purpose in service to others.
Psycho-spiritual healing within a supportive community can be a powerful tool in finding and living one's authentic nature. At Replenish Healing Retreats, we offer a variety of resources to help individuals optimize their natural gifts and thrive.
The weekly healing circle is a great place to start, as participants learn to listen to their inner guidance and practice mindfulness meditation techniques that can be useful in daily life.
For a more in-depth healing experience, consider attending one of our Four Dimensions of SELF Residential Retreats or Replenish Healing Day Retreats. These retreats provide an opportunity to restore and renew, taking the first step towards a more vibrant and fulfilling life.
I have spent many years exploring the concept of the self and the neural mechanisms that underlie consciousness and emotional feeling states. I believe that by becoming aware of our somasensory selves and how we embody life, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and make meaningful decisions that enhance our lives.
Unfortunately, trauma can often interrupt our deeply personal connection to the healing power of the divine, disrupting our sense of self and our ability to live a fulfilling and connected life. Psycho-spiritual healing allows us to restore our natural ways of being and connect more deeply with the natural world, nourishing our spirits and helping us to live more authentically.
This conceptual model is both theoretical and experiential. To support therapists in helping their clients through this process, I offer a Four Dimensions of SELF model course, grounded in the latest neurobiology and practices. This model provides a framework for therapists to guide their clients towards healing and growth, helping them to overcome the challenges of trauma and other difficult experiences and restore a natural state of being. The experiential aspect of the model encompasses learning healing practices for everyday living. By joining the healing circle or coming to a retreat anyone can benefit from this model.
I invite you to join us and learn more about how to support your clients or yourelf on the journey of healin.
The Four Dimensions of SELF model course for Therapists coming soon, Spring, 2023! The Four Dimensions Of SELF Retreats also coming Spring of 2023!
