Vision
I continue to have visions that feel important to mainifest. The first is a website named BodyKindness that will be aunched September 2009. BodyKindess is about loving yourself from the inside out. The mission of BodyKindness is to share positive embodied connections to our life expereinces; to share healing experiences and to inspire or be inspired. It is a space to own who we are and explore from our essence or spirit. I hope to host BodyKindess workshops where individuals can share in community their experiences. Please join me in BodyKindness and express your moments of connection.
My second vision broadens to mainifesting a retreat center.We lead very busy lives and most of us have become lost and do not have the holding space to go inside. The retreat center would be a place to go for respite.My hope is that this would be a non profit organization where anyone regardless of their means can participate. The hope is to also have an educational piece where there could be experiential workshops, medittaion, restorative healing arts, and art. I believe this project can only be mainifested by creative, like minded people. it begins with a volunteer board of loving, consciously living directors. This board's initial work will be creative fund raising, find a space, and apply for a non profit status. The hope is that this retreat center will be mainifested because there is a need to help us come back to ourselves and to be part of a healing community. I believe the right people will be drawn to this cause. The right time will naturally occur and the right space will come easily. It is important to ope up to our viosions, ideas or hopes. For the past 25 years, I have witnessed the journey of pain and am still amazed at the courage to heal. And I am feeling a shift towards deepening into what is right about ourselves and to learing to pause and rest. This combination of deeping and respite helps to open up more to spirit or our purpose. My life is of service and both my visions align with this greater purpose. Thank you for reading my vison.
