About Celia

I am a trauma specialist and I see myself as a facilitator between the exploration of consciousness and the spiritual process in the pursuit of relieving personal suffering.

The bamboo remains strong in the face of harsh conditions, and the marks on its shoot symbolize the times of change. Like the bamboo, the process of therapy can teach you to support yourself during moments that cause suffering and help you embrace the inevitable growth and change.

I offer a safe space with knowledge, skills and techniques. As I have evolved professionally, I have developed a specialization in both event and developmental trauma. I work with individual adults and adolescents. I also work with couples to help them navigate through the early attachment wounds that develop in an adult relationship.

Another part of my practice is my lovely Portuguese water dog, LOLA,, who is a loving companion during sessions.
